Types of Delivery Services and Charges:

TITAN Brackets Delivery Service (Standard) - Select this for standard delivery service. Orders will be processed and delivered after 2 working days with a 3 hour time range, subject to the availability of delivery slots.

TITAN Brackets Delivery Service (Express) - We provide express next day delivery to our clients when needed. A 3 hour time range applies and is subject to availability. For such deliveries, please call our hotline at 68482118 during office hours (Mondays to Saturdays, 8.30am – 6.00pm) instead. An extra surcharge of $30 will be applicable. (Only available for orders within Singapore). As such orders will not be made on our website through our E-commerce system, we will be collecting CASH instead. Kindly ensure that the payment has been prepared beforehand.

TITAN Brackets Delivery Service (Urgent) - We provide urgent same day delivery to our clients when needed. A 3 hour time range applies and is subject to availability. For such deliveries, please call our hotline at 68482118 during office hours (Mondays to Saturdays, 8.30am – 6.00pm) instead. An extra surcharge of $50 will be applicable. (Only available for orders within Singapore) As such orders will not be made on our website through our E-commerce system, we will be collecting CASH instead. Kindly ensure that the payment has been prepared beforehand.

TITAN Brackets Delivery Charges: All purchases (within Singapore) from TITAN Brackets come with free STANDARD delivery.

TITAN Brackets Overseas Delivery: All purchases (overseas) from TITAN Brackets comes with Speedpost International Delivery (Speedpost Standard). Orders will be dispatched to courier within 3 working days (Singapore Calendar). Delivery Time to Major Cities from 7 to 14 working days. Tracking Number will be provided via email once order has been dispatched.

Due to the unforeseen circumstances out on the roads or during delivery, we are unable to provide a more specific timing in a bid not to fail on our promised delivery timing.
